Logan started to run the shower, stripping down and piling his clothes up in the corner. He waited until the water was just right, then stepped under the spray, expecting Jack to come and find him when he was ready.

The box was being a bastard and it took a few tries to get a pair of jeans and a shirt. They were both too big but he was glad to have gotten that lucky and he wasn't going to complain. He carried them into the bathroom, laid then where they wouldn't get wet, then stripped.

Logan arched closer and nodded. "It's a damn shame. Someone needs to hurry up and invent one of those water heaters. That would be nice, right?"

"Do you want one?" Jack asked, which was such a loaded question. All Logan had to say was yes and Jack would make it for him...if he could figure out how. He'd figured out how to make a small refrigerator and he'd come up with a water heating system for the bath house.

"I guess. I mean, it would be nice. It's not important though. We should really focus on the other shit first, right?"

"I still piss you off," he smirked, his hands sliding up and down Logan's back on either side of his spine. That was something he never took for granted, the fact that he'd earned the right to touch Logan's back. It was as special now as it had been the first time.

"Call me your hero again," Jack whispered as he tiled his head and moved in to kiss Logan beneath his ear. "I like when you call me names."

"Fuck you," Logan growled softly, his nerves lighting up under the other man's touch.

"You're such a dick, you know that?" he asked, nipping sharply at the other man's lips and then pulling away again.

"And you love me," he countered, quickly snatching Logan's wrists and pressing him to the tile. Water ran down his back as he kissed Logan roughly, chasing his mouth every time he pulled away. Logan didn't struggle, but he growled against Jack's lips, narrowing his eyes and starting to squirm. "Obviously I love you," he muttered. "You're still a dick though."

"Probably," he agreed. He slowly backed away. "Maybe I should just wash up..."

He reached for the soap blindly, missing it three times before his fingers found it. He wouldn't take his eyes off Logan.

Jack got soap on his hands only and then used them to wash Logan's neck and shoulders, then trailed them down his arms.

"You first," he said, steadily working lower. Jack closed his eyes and enjoyed the feel of Logan's skin under his hands. His body had changed since Jack had first met him. Sometimes he forgot that Logan had gotten older.
