Sep. 3rd, 2006 11:15 pmLogan had heard people talking about the films the bookshelf was now handing out, and, well, he was eager to see what it would give him. He could go for a crappy horror flick or something… anything really. He missed TV and DVDs… civilization in general.
He sighed a bit when he found a few cans of film, he wasn’t even sure he knew how to set up a projector, but whatever. There were three cans, all lined up nest to one another. The first was marked ‘Return of the Kane’ the second ‘Lord of the Bling’ and the last ‘A Trip to the Dentist’.
Maybe it was because of the name Kane, or maybe it was because the other two sounded really stupid, but Logan chose the first and went ahead and set up the projector.
The moment it started playing, Logan’s face went blank. It was him, his home… his dad. His mother telling him to come inside while his dad made him pose for photos.
What was this, a clip from the paparazzi? No, no, because there was Duncan and Mr. Kane. It was all cut together like a TV show.
And then the credits started.
