Logan started to run the shower, stripping down and piling his clothes up in the corner. He waited until the water was just right, then stepped under the spray, expecting Jack to come and find him when he was ready.

It felt good, and he leaned casually against the tile as water spilled over him.

Logan wasn't sure he could even pronounce that, and his brow creased slightly.

"Maybe we should stick to things we can both spell."

"I can spell Lynn. What about boys?" he asked as he reached over to smooth that line from Logan's brow.

"It should go with our last names," Logan mused, leaning into the touch.

"William Echolls-Harkness, Ryan Echollls-Harkness... I dunno."

Jack's mind went to Franklin and then Gray, but he couldn't bring himself to picture what it would be like to have a son whose very name was a daily reminder of life on Boeshane.

"I don't like those," he admitted. "What about something classic like Alexander or powerful. Like...Khan."

Had it been anyone but Jack, Logan would have assumed that 'Khan' was a bad joke. He'd learned, however, that Jack's knowledge of modern Earth pop culture was really limited, and these days he knew better than to laugh- most of the time.

"Yeah, no," he snorted. "I don't need people impersonating Captain Kirk every time they say hi to our kid. Khan so isn't happening. Alexander is okay, but I don't love it..."

He paused and then smiled. "What about Joe, or Joseph?"

Joe was...Joe. He couldn't help but picture a baby with a dark mohawk and tattoos wearing something with an abstract A on it. But Joseph-

"I like Joseph. Joseph Echolls-Harkness. I like that a lot."

"Does kind of have a nice ring to it," Logan smiled. "Who knows though, right? We might take one look at the kid and just know right away that he isn't a Joseph, or she isn't a Lynn. Maybe we'll see him or her and be like, she's totally a Sarah or he's definitely a Richard."

"Richard? I don't think I can handle a kid nicknamed Dick," Jack said with a slow shake of his head. "Nothing penis related. Did I ever tell you that I knew a man who was named John Thomas? I almost couldn't look at him because I couldn't keep from laughing."

"That's 'cause you're a sex craving perv," Logan teased with a barely hidden smirk. "But fine, no penis related names. Guess that rules out Schlong Johnson Echolls-Harkness..."

"That's the worst name I've ever heard," he laughed, rolling half onto Logan so he could kiss him again.

"So...why not Logan junior?" he asked softly.

"I wouldn't curse anyone with my name," Logan replied simply, settling in as Jack loomed over him and reaching out to stroke the other man's hair.

"Why not Jack junior?" he countered.

That was met with a wrinkled nose and a small shake of his head. He didn't like that at all.

"I like Joseph. And Lynn. And we could always get a book and go through thousands and thousands of names. We could pretend we're royal and saddle the kid with the five or six we like best."

Logan snorted at that. "No, I like Joseph," he replied. "Joseph is a good name."

He stretched a little and let out a small and content sigh.

Logan looked so content and so beautiful. He drew Jack in until he had his lips against his husband's. Logan had been right- even in the middle of talking about names, Jack always craved to be as close to Logan as he could get. He rutted against Logan slowly, growing harder with every brush of lips and every brush of friction.

"I love you," he said, the words sounding like a heavy confession.

Logan smiled softly against the other man's lips.

"I love you too," he murmured in return, ducking his head and nuzzling the other man's throat

Jack groaned lowly and leaned in to get more contact. Logan could drive him completely out of his mind with the smallest things. He could make Jack a puddle of desire and need with the softest breath against his neck, could piss him off with just a little 'whatever' under his breath. Everything was passion when it came to his husband.

"God, Logan," he exhaled, his nails raking along the man's skin. "That's...so good."

"This?" Logan purred, nuzzling the other man's throat again, and then abruptly stopping, just to be a brat.

"Mmm, I dunno. I'm kinda tired," he lied, trying not to smirk again.

The soft groan of pleasure turned to one of frustration. Jack reached for Logan and grabbed his arms to push him down into the mattress.

"You don't get to be tired," he said, soft and dangerous. "Not yet. When I'm done with you, though, maybe I'll let you take a nap."

"You're a demanding fucker," Logan replied, growling softly and arching up.

He narrowed his eyes, twisting a little and watching Jack with dark eyes. He wet his lips and shifted as he tried to knock the other man off him.

Jack was strong and he was determined- but he'd also been swimming and diving all day and his muscles had had just about all they could take. He fought Logan to hold him down but his shoulders trembled and his muscles shook. In a vain attempt to keep Logan from noticing, Jack swooped in and kisse dhim hard once again.

Logan could feel Jack tremble, and he wavered between taking advantage and protecting Jack's pride.

It was a hard choice, but he remembered briefly the first time He'd beaten Jack fairly at a fight, how much that had effected the other man, and in the end he casually stopped fighting quite as hard. He was careful though, not wanting Jack to know he was surrendering. He wanted Jack to believe he still had that power over him.

Jack slowly let go of one of Logan's hands so he could catch the younger man's hair. He held on and guided Logan's head to tilt it a little so he could kiss him more deeply. Jack used his knees to spread Logan's legs a little and pressed his body tight to him.

He finally pulled away, gasping. One long, dark look at Logan said more than any words. Jack licked his lips before ducking his head, missing Logan's mouth so he could nip his way along the line of his jaw.

Logan hissed at the pull on his hair, and he whimpered as he spread his legs for the other man.

"Fuck," he whispered, raking his nails over Jack's shoulder and groaning softly.

"Captain," he gasped.

Hearing Logan say that, in that tone, totally eroded Jack's restraint. He moaned softly against Logan's neck and gave up on holding him down. His shoulders protested too much. He dropped to the side but kept Logan pulled close.

"Love you. Nails. Mouth. Fuck, Logan...right th-" His words cut off as he laid down sucking kisses along Logan's shoulder. He kept squirming and writhing, pressing close so he could rub against his young, fit, gorgeous husband.

"Mmm, you look tired, Captain," he said softly, stroking the other man's hair. "Maybe you're the one who needs the nap," he suggested.
