Logan didn't do bars, not often any way. Too many people, too much going on... too many girls sniffing for money rather than love. Usually he hated it, but tonight...

Tonight he just needed to get out, to have a few drinks and enjoy the city of LA for what it was. Mindless, soulless, and empty. Really, the more he dwelled on it the more Logan was sure those were exactly the sort of qualities he'd been looking for in home, and he grinned as he polished off his drink and left enough cash on the bar for tip and his tab.

Ignoring the many writhing and twisting bodies on the dance floor, Logan made his way to the exit, ready to head home for the night. Passing the pool table, he pushed open the door and stepped into the night. The streets were busy, but he didn't mind, he'd cut through the alleyway and take a shortcut home.

The lamp light flickered as he stepped into the darkened ally, blinking out just as he headed into the shadows. It was alright though, he wasn't scared, he wasn't some sweet sixteen princess with her virtue to worry about... Logan was tough. He was eighteen now, and he had no fear.

Hands coming to rest On Joe's shoulders, Logan made a content sound as he nipped at the other man's lips. He felt good when Joe kissed him. Warm. Wanted. Needed. It made his whole body buzz.

Joe grinned and nuzzled Logan's lips with his own, his own hands sliding up over Logan's body. "You really taste fucking great, man," he murmured again.

"Like candycanes and truffles?" Logan quipped playfully.

"Not sure about the candycanes, but I definitely caught a hint of truffles," Joe replied with a snort of laughter, nipping at Logan's lower lip.

"Yum," Logan replied simply, holding Joe's hips and dragging him closer. "I should get dressed," he murmured. "Shower too."

"Yeah, sounds like a good idea," Joe answered, but he wasn't moving away. Instead, he was moving closer, his hips pushing against Logan's.

"You could come," Logan suggested. "Wash my back... help me pick out something to wear," he grinned, nipping at Joe's earlobe.

"You need help getting dressed now?" Joe asked with a grin. "I guess if you need that much help, I can lend a hand or two."

"Oh yeah, I get both hands, huh?" Logan asked, grinning again and then slipping away.

"Come on, maybe I'll wash your back too."

"Lucky me," Joe replied with a laugh, then followed Logan toward the bathroom, more or less strutting after him. And he might've taken the opportunity to look at his ass as he walked away.

The tiles on the bathroom floor were cool under Logan's feet, and he headed straight for the shower, turning the water on and reaching one hand out to test it as he fiddled with the knobs.

As Logan turned on the water, Joe leaned against the cool wall and watched him, still studying him appreciatively. There was nothing wrong here, that was for fucking sure.

Once he had the water just right, Logan stepped under the spray, leaving the glass door open for Joe.

Joe took just another moment to watch Logan, then followed him into the shower and shut the door behind him. The water was warm and the steam began to fill up the bathroom.

Turning so the spray hit his back, Logan ran his hands down the other man's chest with a grin. "God, I could look at you naked all day," he murmured.

"You like me that much, eh?" Joe asked, his own hands moving up over Logan's arms and his shoulders, through the streams of water cutting down his body.

"You should know how much I like you, you did this. You made me," Logan pointed out.

"Sometimes doesn't hit everyone the same," Joe replied, still touching Logan's shoulders. "Most times it does, but some people react different."

"Different how?" Logan asked, picking up the soap and starting to lather Joe's chest.

"Some just don't feel that same connection or... it's easier for them to break," Joe answered, arching toward Logan's touch. "One of the people I turned doesn't give a fuck about where I am or being close to me."

"That must... really suck," Logan said slowly. "I like the connection. Feels good."

"Yeah, it's a plus," Joe agreed, his eyes closing briefly before he opened them again. "Some people can just fucking break it."

"Can you?" Logan asked, hands soaping Joe's shoulders up next.

"Yeah, I guess. Hurts sometimes, even when you don't have control over it, like when someone dies," Joe replied, relaxing under Logan's touches.

"Turn around," Logan said softly. "I want to do your back next."
