"I'm just fucking with you, man," Logan snorted, reaching over to run his fingers lightly through Jack's hair.
It was an all too intimate gesture, one he wouldn't have thought twice about before. But now, after spending a whole night together, Logan pulled his hand away awkwardly, not wanting to seem too attached or affectionate.
Still, there was something about having Jack there that just felt... good, and Logan slowly lay back down beside the other man as he spoke.
"So what are you going to do?" he asked quietly. "I mean, now that he's gone, what happens? After Neil left here, I couldn't even sleep in the bed. I had to stay with Joe for a few weeks. And even after I was ready to come home, I ended up sleeping on the floor. You gonna stay with one of your friends? Like that woman, the one with the baby... Tosh, right?"
