Pushing himself up into a sitting position, Logan checked to make sure his nose wasn't bleeding before glancing sideways at Joe. He didn't want the older man to see him like this... and he didn't want him getting hurt.
Silently, he tried to will Joe into leaving... even though he knew that would never happen. Not with Aaron around.
Reaching out, Aaron instantly stepped into the role of the concerned father. In one smooth movement, he pulled Logan to his feet and appeared to check his nose out for any sort of breakage. At least until Logan pulled away.
Laughing that cool and practiced laugh, Aaron turned to Joe. "He's lways been very clumsy," he said, draping an arm over Logan's shoulders when he moved to step away. "I'm sorry, I'm not sure I've had the pleasure. You are?"
